Do you know where your child will go during breaks from school this coming term?

We understand that these events may seem far in the future today when school has only started, but we are thinking ahead so we can manage your child's arrangements in good time. Don't worry if you have not confirmed all your plans yet.  However, it would be good to know your plans - tell us as much as you can and then update when you can.

If you have more than one child and their plans are different, please complete a separate form for each child.
