Will your child return home during school breaks?
Instead, they could enjoy a holiday trip with other students!
It's not always possible to bring your child home when boarding schools close, during half terms holidays, or over the longer Christmas or Easter holidays.
The Academic Families Guardianship programme fully supports you and your child with all the local support you require during term time. And, for those times when your child can't come home, we also offer a host family for them to stay with, or a fun activity and cultural group trip.
For those students who would benefit from some extra academic support, we can also offer English or exam revision courses.
Several times throughout the year, we take students on holidays during school breaks.
Most children join all of our trips, and sometimes we even have enough space for their friends to come along too!

Christmas Holidays
Any dates between 13th December 2025 - 5th January 2026
Your child will enjoy a ski holiday in a European ski resort. Both skiing and snowboarding options are available for independent travellers looking for an international holiday over Christmas.
Each morning your child will have ski lessons with professional instructors. They will be placed into a ski group according to their ability. In the afternoon they may continue skiing or relax in the hotel.
Accommodation will be in purpose built wood and stone chalets following the Swiss Alpine tradition.
We manage all transfers and will advise families if other students are travelling on the same dates. Combined with a UK host, this is a popular option for students not returning home who want a safe, independent trip.
February Half Term Trip
14th February 2026 - 21st February 2026
Your child will enjoy a 7-day ski holiday in a European ski resort. Both skiing and snowboarding options are available.
Each morning your child will have ski lessons with professional instructors. They will be placed into a ski group according to their ability. In the afternoon they may continue skiing or relax in the hotel.

Easter Holiday Trip
28th March 2026 - 18th April 2026
This is much more than a holiday; this is a once-in-a-lifetime meaningful experience that will stay with our students forever. Making a difference underpins this unique trip for a small group of motivated boarding school students who will embark on a journey connecting, understanding and helping others.
Throughout this adventure, students will work with charities, contribute to environmental projects and engage with local communities to support sustainable development.
Students will visit traditional villages where they will be taught many local skills, including making our own footballs at a non-profit manufacturer, and they will also get their hands dirty working alongside the Maasai to build a water pan. We also head to the coast to learn how one local marine conservation charity is planting coral to rejuvenate sea life.
They will also have a lot of fun along the way, with visits to a giraffe sanctuary, safaris, and capping off this incredible trip with a dhow sunset cruise along the coastline.
