We have received your trip booking form requesting a place for your child on our 2025 26 trips.
Within 10 days, you will receive an invoice requesting payment of the non-refundable deposit.
Your child's place will be confirmed on receipt of the trip deposit payment. October half term trips will be confirmed on receipt of full trip payment.
We operate waiting lists for our trips. Students will be moved to the waiting list if their payment is not received by the due date and waiting students' will be offered a place subject to their prompt payment. If you have any issues meeting your payment deadlines then contact our Trips team before the deadline.
