Missing information request

We need to ensure that we have received all of your child's information regarding their passport, BRP if they have one, and covid vaccination status. You can review the information we currently have by looking on ILP -

1. Visit the My Students tab on your menu on the left of your screen.
2. Look at the Documents tab on your child's record
3. Check if there is an up-to-date copy of your child's passport where all the information can be read clearly.
4. Check if there is an up-to-date copy of your child's BRP - if they need one - where all the information can be read clearly.

What is a BRP?

A biometric residence permit (BRP) is a document issued by the Home Office which shows evidence of the holder's immigration permissions.

Your child will not need a BRP if they have a British passport or have EU pre/settlement status.

A BRP card is a similar size to a credit card. Your child will have received this upon arrival in the UK.

If you have more than one child under our guardianship please complete a separate form for each child.
